We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• BF Licence Number
• Emergency contact details (name, phone number)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• To maintain the services that the club provide
We use the information that you have given us in order to be a registered British/Scottish Fencing Club and to make sure that all members have the required BF licensing.
We may share this information with British Fencing and/or Scottish Fencing.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep basic information, photographs, and BF information for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting any requested information that is held by us.
