• BF Licence Number
• Emergency contact details (name, phone number)

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• To maintain the services that the club provide
We use the information that you have given us in order to be a registered British/Scottish Fencing Club and to make sure that all members have the required BF licensing. We may share this information with British Fencing and/or Scottish Fencing.

Your information is securely stored. We keep basic information, photographs, and BF information for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting any requested information that is held by us.
